Student Selection The following information is tabulated on a Title 1 Student Selection Form for each grade ranking the class and identifying those students with the highest priority. | ||

Criteria used in the selection of Title 1 students for reading or Math assistance: 1. Students receiving a grade of “C” or lower on their report card. (1 point) 2. Students who received a partially proficient or novice on the ND State Assessment.(1 point) 3. Students who have received Title 1 services in past year or has an active IEP or 504 Plan. (1 point) 4. Students who receive a score of one grade below reading level on the STAR Math or STAR Reading. (1 point) 5. Students who are ranked at 50% or lower on the NWEA assessment |
